Privacy Policy

ProCCD.net is an independent website with browser-based creative tools for retro digital-camera photo looks. This policy describes the current website and the main Studio editor. If a future feature changes how media is handled, this page should be updated before that feature is promoted.

Photos and videos in Studio

The main Studio reads selected photos or video clips in your browser and uses browser-based canvas and media APIs to preview edits and prepare exports. Selecting a file does not, by itself, send that media to our server. The editor does not require an account. Your original file is not overwritten; you choose whether to download or share a separate result.

Camera capture requires your browser's permission. Camera and microphone permissions are controlled by your browser and device. The Studio requests camera access without requesting microphone audio. Live previews are optimized for responsiveness and may look different from the final export.

Local preferences

The Studio may use browser local storage to remember camera favorites on the same device. Temporary image data and preview URLs are used while the page is open. You can clear local site data in your browser settings; doing so may remove saved favorites.

Website and server information

Like most websites, the hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, and technical error details for delivery, security, reliability, and abuse prevention. This information is separate from the photo pixels processed locally by the main Studio.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The main Studio does not need an advertising cookie or analytics account to perform a local edit. If third-party analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies are enabled, this policy must be updated to identify the providers, purposes, and available controls before those technologies are used.

Children and sensitive files

The tools are general-purpose creative utilities, not a service designed to collect children's personal information. Do not select or share private or sensitive images unless you are comfortable with how your device, browser, and chosen sharing destination handle them.

Changes and contact

This policy may change when the website or its processing options change. For questions or correction requests, use the Contact page. Before launch, the site operator should verify that the contact method shown there is active.
